Balsamic Grilled Chicken recipe
Ingredients:
¼ cup of canola oil.
¼ cup of balsamic vinegar.
½ cup of onion, chopped.
3 cloves garlic, chopped.
½ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of freshly-ground black pepper.
4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless.
1 tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley.
Directions:
In a large, non-reactive bowl, combine the canola oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the chicken breasts and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat the grill.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade; discard the marinade.
Grill the chicken breasts until done.
Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley before serving.
